Here is my first DT project using the gorgeous LITTLE SNIPPETS GO CHECK THEM OUT!!!!! This project uses a Tim Holtz small configurations box, graphic 45 papers and my sisters nautical goodies....
It is a gift from me to my sister Aghna for her birthday...
So, I started with a plain Tim Holtz configurations box....
Painted the bits I wanted to use a light sand colour....
This are the bits I used....
For the main box I added some teal and then crackle medium and again the sand colour which cracked on top-I also used a matt varnish to seal it all...
I put some gorgeous graphic 45 on the boardwalk scraps that I had from another project....
That got me to here where I added my LITTLE SNIPPETS shells and mermaid-HELLO??? how amazing are they-and they matched my papers perfectly....

This is the guy who started it all :) my sister got him at a market he is a little vintage wooden painted sailor....
We got this mini snow globe on a recent holiday....
And also this little corked glass bottle filled with "fools gold" .....
And also this lovely mini wooden boat....
I made this little charm dangle with a Tim Holtz swivel clasp chain and jumprings and lovely charms I got from Ger-Thank you Ger :) xx....
Here is the finished piece with some room still for any other little goodies my sister wants to add...
Thanks for looking...
