BTC&G MAY! Spring is in the air...

Hi Guys-hope spring is in the air where you are?? It's still a bit chilly here in Ireland but today was more promising.....

Here is my first project for our May challenge HERE

This is a Graphic 45 Alterable Art box with an album inside-I made this for my manager Maura who recently had a beautiful baby girl called Aine! The box I painted in a crackle paint effect and the papers for the album are also by Graphic 45 from their new GORGEOUS line-little darlings....
On the front I added lots of nice flowers and this gorgeous embroidered pram and butterflies made by Ger (also from the BTC&G DT)
This is just the back of the box.....
This is how the box opens up to reveal the book-sorry I took these pics with my phone and now I can't turn them....
The front of the book-lovely crochet trim and prima flowers and some mirror butterflies....
Some details in the book-again an embroidered embellishment by Ger topped with a resin flower....
The papers are just so sweet-perfect for baby projects.....
Ger also made the crochet flowers seen here and the flower in the middle is prima....
More of Gers gorgeous flowers, some paper roses, a resin flower (actually I got these from Emily) and a ticket by Jenny Bowlin,,,
Some layered lace and flower trim....nice and girly....
And the back!

Thanks for visiting,
Aideen x
