This past weekend I got to go to a fun crafty class which took place in CreateWithKates new crafty corner and shop-visit the website at createwithkate.com where you can see what goodies Kate has in her store. (Video at the end of this post shows everything I made and bought!).
The class that I took was hosted by the talented and lovely Sylwia from Tandiart-look her up on Facebook, Instagram, blogger and also YouTube for loads of inspiration-her style is fun, bright and cheerful.... I couldn't wait to take this class as I was already familiar with Tandiart fairies and how cute they are-I already have one of Sylwias pieces up in my craftroom and she sells all kinds of goodness in her Etsy shop HERE.
I set off Saturday morning from Galway and was up in Kates crafty studio in just over an hour-it is in Mayo so not too far from me which was awesome. The studio is just so cute and I couldn't wait to take a look inside....
The inside did not disappoint!! Check out all of the crafty goodness-everything is so pretty and organised so it was so much fun looking around at it all. Kate also has loads of handmade pieces around the shop which show how different products have been used which is perfect for inspiration.
Our class kit came beautifully packaged with a little fairy photo on each bag!
Here are the contents of our kit bag, the wooden fairy house, papers, chipboard embellies, ribbon, flowers, pearls, buttons and an amazing TandArt print-we each got a different print which was such a nice touch.
First up we made our fairy houses and heres mine at a few stages papering... washi taping.... painting... stamping.... adding cute chipboard embellies from class sponsor scrapiniec HERE And then we each had to add out little fairies!
And here is my completed house and also part 2 of our class which was making the card you can see in the pic!
And here is the picture we took outside of everyones houses-we all wanted our own little fairy village after seeing them all together looking so cute!
I had ordered this fabulous leather cuff style bracelet from Sylwias Tandiart facebook page HERE before the class so she brought it there for me and its just so pretty-as a lover of photos it's just perfect for me.
And now....here is the video all about the day and I also share my purchases from the shop,

It has been a while and I hope you are all keeping well-Today I have a fun video showing how I made this cute christening frame using Crafty Cuttings shadowbox frame which is only €7.50 and you can get one HERE
These frames are possibly my FAVE Crafty Cutting product and I love working with fun alterables. The papers I used are Graphic 45 Botanical Tea and the embellishments are from my stash. The photo is my daughter on her christening day.
I would love for you to pop over and check out the video-that's where I reveal my NEWS,
